SwiftRefundResolution is a professional refund recovery and dispute resolution service. We act as expert advocates on behalf of individuals and businesses to recover funds lost to billing errors, service failures, unauthorized charges, and unresolved disputes — across industries including logistics, e-commerce, telecom, travel, subscriptions, and B2B transactions.
Both individuals and businesses can use our services. Whether you’re a consumer dealing with a subscription trap, a small business owner facing a logistics billing dispute, or a company navigating a complex B2B contract issue — our team has the expertise to help. Visit our Services page for a full list of what we handle.
Not necessarily. Whether you’ve already attempted resolution and hit a wall, or you simply don’t know where to start — we can step in at any stage. In many cases, having a professional advocate involved from the beginning actually speeds up the resolution process significantly.
Yes. Our team is familiar with cross-border dispute frameworks, including:
  • EU consumer protection regulations (EU261 for flights, GDPR-related rights)
  • US federal and state-level consumer protection laws
  • International chargeback rules through major card networks
  • Cross-border B2B contract enforcement mechanisms
Contact us to discuss the specific jurisdiction of your case.
It’s simple. Create a free account, complete our guided intake form with details about your dispute, and submit your case. Our team reviews every submission within 24 hours and will contact you with an assessment and recommended next steps — no upfront payment required.
Timelines vary based on the complexity of your case:
  • Simple billing disputes or unauthorized charges: 5–14 business days
  • E-commerce disputes or subscription cancellations: 7–21 business days
  • Telecom / utility overcharge recovery: 2–6 weeks
  • Complex B2B or logistics disputes: 4–10 weeks
  • International or multi-party claims: 6–12 weeks
We’ll provide a realistic timeline estimate after reviewing your specific case.
Our intake form guides you through everything, but generally you’ll need:
  • Your contact details and account information
  • A description of the issue and the amount in dispute
  • Relevant dates (when the issue occurred, when you first reported it)
  • Any supporting documents — invoices, receipts, emails, screenshots, contracts
The more documentation you can provide, the stronger your case. Don’t worry if you don’t have everything — we’ll let you know what’s needed.
All clients have access to a secure, real-time dashboard through the client portal. You can log in at any time to see your case status, review updates, upload additional documents, and communicate directly with your assigned case handler. You’ll also receive email notifications whenever there’s a meaningful update.
If we are unable to recover funds for you, you owe us nothing. Our no-recovery, no-fee model means you carry zero financial risk. In cases where a full recovery isn’t possible, we will always discuss whether a partial resolution is available and let you decide how to proceed.
We operate on a success-based, contingency fee model — you pay nothing upfront. Our fee is a percentage of the amount we successfully recover on your behalf. The exact percentage depends on the complexity and size of your case, and will be clearly disclosed before you authorize us to proceed. If we don’t recover anything, you owe us nothing.
No. Creating an account, submitting your case, and receiving your initial case assessment are all completely free. There are no registration fees, consultation fees, or retainers. The only amount you ever pay is a portion of what we recover — and only after that recovery is confirmed.
We evaluate every case on its merits. While very small claims (under $50) may not be economically viable for our contingency model, we encourage you to submit your case regardless — our team will give you an honest assessment and may be able to suggest alternative resolution paths if we’re not the right fit.
Payment is only due after your funds have been successfully recovered and confirmed. We will notify you of the successful resolution and issue a clear invoice detailing the recovered amount and our agreed fee. Payment can be made securely through your client portal. We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
We handle a wide range of refund and dispute cases, including:
  • Transport & Logistics: delayed shipments, lost/damaged goods, billing overcharges, service failures
  • E-Commerce: defective products, non-deliveries, misrepresented items, unauthorized transactions
  • Subscriptions: unwanted renewals, unauthorized billing, complex cancellations
  • Telecom & Utilities: overbilling, outage compensation, deposit returns, contract disputes
  • B2B Disputes: payment discrepancies, SLA failures, vendor disputes, contract breaches
  • Travel & Hospitality: flight cancellations, hotel disputes, lost luggage, denied boarding
See our full Services page for details.
Yes. Our team is experienced in the chargeback process across all major card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). We can help you compile the correct documentation, understand reason codes, and submit compelling chargeback claims within the required timeframes. Acting quickly is critical — chargeback windows are typically 60–120 days from the transaction date.
Absolutely. Our B2B dispute resolution service is specifically designed for companies facing payment discrepancies, SLA failures, vendor disputes, and breach-of-contract situations. We understand the commercial sensitivities involved and handle all cases with discretion and professionalism. Enterprise and high-volume cases receive dedicated account management.
This depends on the circumstances. If the company has ceased trading, direct dispute resolution is typically not possible. However, there may still be options available — such as chargeback claims through your card issuer, claims against payment processors, or routes through insolvency proceedings. We’ll assess your specific situation and advise on any viable paths forward.
Yes. We use industry-standard TLS encryption for all data in transit, and all stored data is encrypted at rest. Our client portal is protected by secure authentication protocols. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Read our full Privacy Policy for complete details.
Access to your case is strictly limited to your assigned case handler and relevant internal team members working on your dispute. We operate on a need-to-know basis. Your information will only be shared with the third party (the company in dispute) to the extent necessary to pursue your claim, and only with your authorization.
We do not store sensitive payment card data on our own servers. All payment processing is handled through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors. If you choose to save a payment method for future use, it is securely tokenized and managed entirely by the payment processor — we never have direct access to your raw card numbers or banking credentials.
You may request account deletion and erasure of your personal data at any time. To do so, log in to your client portal and submit a deletion request, or contact us directly. We will process your request in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Note that we may be required to retain certain records for legal or regulatory purposes, which will be explained at the time of your request.
Both documents are publicly available on our website:
  • Terms of Use — outlines the rules and conditions governing use of our services
  • Privacy Policy — explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data
We recommend reading both before submitting your first case.
